Sorry folks had a lazy morning I have just rolled out of bed, well it is half term. grin
I didnt back on last week but I lost 1 1/2 lbs.

I'm trying to maintain my loss and am still well under 10 stone (which was my goal) despite a big meal out on Saturday and finishing off my mother's day chocs. I haven't been "fasting" (5.2 diet) as such but am keeping a close eye on calories and shaving them off where I can -with smaller portions. Seems to be working so far. smile

At last. After a couple of weeks really sticking to my w.w. points I have lost 4 lbs. Total loss since last June 2 st 4lbs.

Still not going near the scales but, with the weather being so much better I've been spending a lot of time in the garden and have been walking the dog [who hates cold/wet weather as much as I do]. Going to the gym in a bit. Things are looking up.

Still the same, seem to have lost my enthusiasm and am not really trying hard enough.
