Hi Rachel.

Just seen your post and am pleased you are enjoying your martial arts training.

When you are at home with your feet up and a cuppa, you may enjoy reading the Chris Bradford adventure books meant for children but fab for adults too, they are full of martial arts of all styles.

The books are set in Japan in the 17th century. There are 8 books in the series first one call 'young samurai the way of the warrior'. Enjoy. smile

Now, this is a splendid form of exercise. I started at 56 and am now going through the belts.

May I heartily recommend it. I have exercised very little during my life, apart from a strenuous job, but I am training hard and it is lovely to work out with people who are much younger (and really admire you giving it a try).
