I am off to bed now and dont know if i will manage to get on first thing, so here you go all you early posters.

Just found a message on the answer machine.. rejoined Slimming World last Tuesday and the message from the Lady who runs the class said my first weight has not logged shock I am going to be very good and not go off the rails, even with lunch out with 2 Gnetters tomorrow, so might be another start on Tuesdayshock but off for a few days with my 2 DS the following Tuesday!!!

I've lost 1.5lbs smile

I've discovered a new slimming aid, a motivational one. If it's true that the secret to weight loss is 'all in the head' then this should work.

It involves no special recipes, fasting, calorie counting, shakes, etc . It's free and anyone can access it without going online or to a shop!

However I'm not going public just yet in case the motivational effect wears off. So if I'm still motivated by week 3, after the half-term break, and I continue to lose weight then I'll share it with you.

I was doing so well with healthy eating for the first five days, then I found some mini pork pies in the fridge that hubby had bought! Also had to make a cake for gd's birthday - and have a piece - but very pleased to have a 2lb loss smile
Good luck glassortwo - I think Slimming World is great - lots to eat and not much weighing/counting.

aka if it still works after a half term holiday we all need to know about it grin well done.
nanabelle 2lb great even after tempting pork pies.
I got weighed and lost 2 1/5 which I am happy with as I had a heavy weekend. I need to be good for the next week as next Tuesday I am off for my annual few days with my two sisters.
