I've actually put my scales away and I'm not going to use them. I've gone to the gym most days and the clothes that were tight on me now fit. If I get on the scales I think I'll feel depressed and want to eat. I'm sticking with two healthy meals a day with an orange and a banana at other times in the day. Next week [the week before the wedding] I'm going to cut out bread. I do feel much much better, and it's the daily workouts that have done it. I hope I can fit in trips to the gym next week as I have a lot to do. The trip to the dentist was ok [no fillings needed
]. Bought a couple of bikinis today as I want to go somewhere hot next year. Ok my thighs still look massive with cellulite and thread veins but I'm 62 so who the hell is going to look at me anyway
