I may give this a try, littleflo, if sticking to 1200 calories a day begins to pall a bit.
I'm doing my weight loss via myfitnesspal, which is working ok, but is very slow - but as you say, it's taken a long time for the weight to build up, so it's not realistic to expect it to disappear fast!
Remember, there's the Diet Thread Weigh-in that glassortwo puts up every week? It's a really supportive thread for us all and it doesn't matter which methods of weight-loss that you use?

. I was expecting a 12 as I know their tops come out on the large side, but I feel like wearing it inside out! I also feel much better in myself, I have more energy - and its soooo easy, I recommend it to anyone .
