Unlimited soft drinks!

I think it is mad that a large restaurant chain serves free unlimited soft drinks with their meals. No wonder we are an obese nation.

I was with a large friend recently who drank 3 large glasses of free lemonade with her meal. I suspect she had more calories in the drink than the food.

And before you ask I am not a 'slim Jim' but I do try not to overeat or drink like I used to.
