Can Julie give me some motivation. I love the couch, I love reading on it and watching tv. I hate to move anywhere. I hate to get out of bed, hate to make the effort of going in the shower(although I do). Ive tried doing exercise classes and when my bones ache I give up, diets are the same I miss pigging out and go on a binge. Ive got no hope unless someone can hypnotise me maybe.

Sometimes I'd rather chew my own toenails than hit the gym... do you have barriers to exercise....?
