Good morning - I stayed the same this week - so not unhappy about that - at least I've not gained smile

I've lost quite a few pounds; when it's this hot I just don't want to eat. Trouble is, with my gym closing I'm not toning up at the same time. I've tried doing exercises at home but for some reason it makes my back hurt, whereas when I use gym equipment that doesn't happen. I've had sciatica before so I don't want to do any damage before my holidays. I've also cut out bread again and must drink more water. I'm using weights and my exercise bike, though. Have applied for a 7 day free membership at another gym so hope that will be next week; with no school runs etc I may be able to have a complete get fit week.

Almost too hot to exercise isn't it! I cycled up the hill from my house to school this morning and had to sit puffed out for a while once I got there!
Have managed this week to lose the 2 lb I had put back on, so that's good but off to a staff meal at pub tonight! Hope I can chose a nice fish and vegetable dish, and I wonder what the best pudding would be? Bet they don't have fruit salad! Maybe ice-cream? I have been eating frugally during the day so I can enjoy this evening!

Beginning to worry about our Cornish holiday - all those pasties and cream and saffron cake and ice cream and hogs pudding!!!!!!! Dear oh dear.

holidays are tough on diets aren't they. what about just one treat each day? should be some lovely fish down there too.

i am just munching on a home-made blackcurrant lolly made with juice from our own cooked blackcurrants. lovely and cooling.

Well done everyone for your losses.flowers
