I'm on a countdown to a holiday soon and I've already given my weight for an interisland planeride so I must lose a couple of pounds so that they won't turf me off!

I seem to have put on half-a-pound!! How did I do that when I was 'proper- poorly-sick' last week? Hardly ate, coughed a lot and was a bit sick sad! I thought I'd have lost about 2 pounds!
