Just 'bumping' this thread, just in case some thought that there is no weigh-in this week as glass is away on holiday!
I had 'afternoon tea' with my friend yesterday. We ate all the cakes that were offered.....need I say more....
Have moved from 'fed up and not wanting to eat' phase to 'less fed up and wanting to eat anything that isn't screwed to the floor'. This is not good .
