O! M! G! The little terror!!! I'm sorry, I can't help just a little though. I guess it will have to be some sort of comb over fringe. Poor Mum!

I actually had a 9 in the stones bit when I weighed this morning. Ok, it was 9 stone 13 and three quarter pounds, but I haven't seen that 9 for a long time. I think it could be because last week I decided I would move my lazy arse sit-upon a considerable amount more than I have been doing. Must keep it up.

I can picture it, glass! When my lot were little, my eldest DD (7 at the time) rescued her friend who was trapped under DD's bed by one of her lovely long plaits. She assisted her by cutting off the plait.
I slackened off with the calorie counting and guess what? Gained 2 pounds in 3 days . I'm going to watch out for the carbs now, as you suggested. I'm not going to slip back into my old habits again - far too easy!!

Well done jingle, you are a great incentive to me. I often check in to this thread to spur me on with my own efforts to lose weight. I should be about nine and a half stone but it's been creeping up to ten and when you posted that you were 10st 4 lbs, that is what mine was.
Since then mine has gone up to nearly 11st although I have got it down to 10st 8lbs now. I know it's partly the medication I'm on but willpower comes into it as well.
You are my new role model.

wow, well done Jingle - that must have been exciting. I would quite like to see a 10 showing, but have had two mince pies and a slice of lemon drizzle today so probably be more like a 12 .
Rained all day so no exercise either. Off to yoga in a bit, but that does not exactly use up much energy!
