Pettalus, you are right, men are not warm, sympathetic and supportive to their own.

KK has a beautiful face but that rear end doesn't look real - maybe she's had buttock implants.

Even the serious newspapers can't get enough of her, and her arse .... they're everywhere!

I read (in the hairdressers of course) that she had buttock implants - sounds as if she needs a brain implant! although I think I could donate some raw material if its needed.

As some have already said some cultures enjoy a large bottom but also in some peoples the curvature of the spine means that the derriere protrudes a little more sharply and the base of the spine is more curved inwards.

Just had a look at the pics on pompa's link. Generally I think KK is a good antidote to the cult of looking very thin. She gives young girls a different message to the one which leads them to dangerously starve themselves.

pompa, actually, I think younger men are much better than previous generations at being supportive to other men. I observe it in my three grandsons who are aged 25 downwards.

Recently, I heard one of them lending a sympathic ear (on the phone) to a friend who was obviously having girlfriend troubles. I admit he did become impatient after about five minutes and said he had to go. A woman could have gone on for hours!

It's still all about young women making it to the front pages and fame and fortune by virtue of having enormous (false) breasts and bums - KK doesn't sing or dance, she just appears!

It's saying you can be attractive and famous without being skeletally thin (KK has saddlebags I notice).

Whether or not women should be judged so much on their bodies is a different issue.

As one who had been fighting on and off most of my adult life against the slow increase in inches and kilos, I have to say that the idea of actually paying somebody to add to those two personal statistics is a mystery to me. I have seen pictures of m/s KK displaying her ample and remarkable assets. Do I find them attractive? Well, they certainly hit you between the eyes, so to speak. I am all for curves as opposed to straight lines, but I do think that things are best kept in proportion. I theorize that if one bit of you (or perhaps even three) is out of scale it tends to spoil the rest, but I am quite prepared to continue my observations with the aim of proving that theory!

Just to cool you down a bit, Pompa, I will mention the shock I experienced some summers ago when entering a small French beachside supermarket to be confronted by a bevy of cheerful and very amply proportioned German ladies going about their business topless. All I wanted was a nice melon but I had to leave the premises rapidly at risk of being crushed and trampled. I still tremble at the memory!

Seriously, her bum is not nearly as big as some of those I see walking around or clambering onto buses, but they are equally "broadshouldered all the way down" or bulging like barrage balloons draped in pale pink dust sheets. She is reasonably in proportion, if distinctly bottom-heavy. Her problems will start when she hits middle-aged spread and it all starts to sag and wobble.

That is true - people should look to the future a bit when they do these things, but the young believe they are immortal. There are going to be hundreds of thousands of overstretched illegible tattoos appearing shortly, as the craze started to catch on maybe 15 years ago.

Pompa and PapaO the photo I saw of KK was much more outlandish, it was with her bending over and it looked as if he bottom represented a small table - it was revolting. I wondered if the photo had been doctored.
