I don't like creamy/mayonnaisy things so I'd go for a salsa- you could have a savoury one some nice tomatoes, red onion, chilli to taste and lemon/lime juice or a sweeter one with chopped mango. there is always Philadelphia light in its many varieties.

If you made one with tinned chopped tomatoes reduced down with just a smidgen of 1-cal spray and some herbs and maybe a touch of chilli or garlic, it would be virtually calorie free, certainly WW points free.

Definitely can't trust myself with houmous smile
Waitrose also do a garlic dip, not sure if low calorie, and salsa's low but can be too spicy for me.
Enjoy!

I like low fat houmous which comes in individual portions in a sleeve of three - couldn't trust myself with a big tub.

Sounds good to me [Loopylou]. We are off to Windsor tomorrow and will pop into Waitrose they are bound to have said Raita - thanks.

I love Raita, either shop bought or make your own with natural yogurt, finely diced cucumber, a little garlic and seasoning to taste - hopefully low enough in calories.....

At the weekend - starting on Friday smile, I have a sherry or wine before/with supper and I do like some nibbles with the drink.

I have just found at the National Trust shop some lovely little Mini Rosemary Water Biscuits which are delicious. They don't give a calorie count, I wonder why hmm

Can you recommend a low calorie dip to go with these bickies ?
