Monday 30th March weigh-in.

I've made it the first day of 'being careful'. I am very aware of the large box of Dairy Box in the cupboard, and DH has been waving his 'mis-shapes' (don't ask) in front of my nose as he plonked himself down on his chair, but I've remained strong.
Sometimes although it's recommended that we weigh ourselves just once a week, it doesn't always work for me. In the past, I've weighed myself each morning, and it's been quite helpful, so I'm going to try doing that again.

You've put on a whole 14lbs Tegan? That's going it some!

Well done Nfk especially if it was five weeks. Did you have a good time?
I'm off for a few days next week, but not telling anyone I'm on a diet, mainly because I don't want to get into a discussion about low carb, etc.

I'm 1.5lbs down this week and finding it really easy to stick to.

Scared to get on the scales but need to pull myself together so today is going to be day one. Here goes. As I feared; 10st which means I've put on @ a stone recently. But at least I've faced my demons and I'm going to pull myself together now. Should have gone to the gym but didn't. Maybe I'll go tonight. It's crazy that it's such hard work, losing weight, and then I don't have the strength of character to keep it off. It's all down to buying things like crisps and biscuits when I was away the other week and then eating them when I got home sad.

After nearly five weeks in the USA I'm more than dead chuffed to find that I'm the same weight as when I went! Must have been all the excercise. Now I just have to work up the enthusiasm to dive into a 'starve' day. Probably best to wait until next week when the chocolate is finished!

OK - another couple of pounds and I'll be in the overweight range according to the NHS BMI chart.
It's not going to happen (determined emoticon)!
How's everyone else been doing this week?
