I love slimmimg world and lost 2.5 stone. Been at target four yrs it's an amazing plan you can eat so much yet lose beautifully. I still go every week as I help. It's a big part of my life now x

Just a quick drop in to say I have lost another 1.5 lb, 11 lb in 4 weeks so just 1 week till I am off for a few days with my Sisters, dont think I can make it the stone but we will see what I can do

I was in Iceland at the weekend and saw they are stocking Slimming World dishes, frozen. I bought the beef in red wine gravy with vegetable crush. Looks lovely going by picture on the packet. 355 cals.

gillybob you couldn't just, very quietly, pop the recipe for strawberry and apricot cake on in the recipes section could you? Sounds delicious and the strawberries in the shops have suddenly become very nice. (Not that I'm gonna make it of course )

I went back on what I regard as my 'serious' diet yesterday and I have lost two and a half pounds overnight! Yes I know - all water, but who would have thought you carried that much water around with you?! It was quite cheering though.

Hello....can I join in again? I lost 4 stones a couple of years ago with the help of Glass's thread. I then put 2 stones back on, but since Christmas I've got a stone off again. Still several stones to go though!

Hello again. Up by 2.5lbs over the weekend - so despondent and I wanted to be a whole lot lighter before my trip to Ireland next week

I know all about that tanith I had a baking afternoon on Sunday. Strawberry and Apricot cake with lashings of cream, cheese scones, mince and onion pie..............

Today I feel like I am wearing a lead weight around my middle.

Must try and eat healthy for the rest of the week.

Can I join in? I'm trying to lose a stone or so .. I was 11: 12 now 11:9 but I stupidly made scones at the weekend and OH bought clotted cream , you can guess the rest..
Today is a new day.. its not much to manage is it, just a few pounds but why is it so hard??

Losing weight is always more difficult than gaining it, good wishes to all trying to lose. GD4 has just joined Slimming World again so we are all eating more veggies, salads and fewer carbs. Hopefully, the winter pounds will melt away . Evil twin GD5 is stoking up on sandwiches, not salad and extra helpings of everything. Sibling rivalry can be tricky. GD4 busy halo polishing. Last week, both were 'orrible, so easier with just one being stroppy.

Keep on trying!
