Lots of childcare over the past week or so, and plenty of energy used with lively 7 and 9 year old boys. I've lost the 2lbs I put on last week, so going in the right direction again.

Morning all, its bright and sunny today, hope you are all in a similar mood.

I am off for a few day with my Sisters so wont be around until the weekend, but if anyone is struggling I am sure someone will be along to help.
