Nutri Bullet Diet

DH wants to try this diet as some people in his office are doing it & say it is very easy & very good. We have a Vitamix which I assume can be used instead of buying yet another gadget for the kitchen.
However looking at recipe books online they all seem to be in US style with cup measurements.
Can anyone recommend an English book with plain old g/oz.?
I like a smoothie so I'm happy to give it a go- I see it can be twinned with 5:2 diet which suits me very well anyway.
Will have to do something after summer holidays & feeding grandchildren for 6 weeks. Boy- can they eat!!

I think the vitamix is probably better than a nutrubullet. I have had the latter for well over a year and have a juice for breakfast and also take one for lunch. I haven't bothered following recipes. I started off mixing green veg such as kale spinach and celery with either an apple, a couple of strawberries or cucumber to lift the taste. Very palatable...much nicer than it sounds. I now usually have said green veg with almond milk and a juice plus vanilla shake powder. I also add things like 2 Brazil nuts, seeds, a banana or Greek yoghurt. You can use any fruit and veg, green juices look like pond water but actually taste great. Experiment and enjoy1
