For those Grans/Grandads that run/power walk/step-it-out/walk - do you listen to music whilst doing it? I have the usual stuff Keep on Running/Born to Run etc., on my i-pod but I do get a bit bored with my selection sometimes....

All recommendations gratefully received

I have a waterproof MP3 player which I listen to when swimming. My favourite album at the moment is the best of the Travelling Wilburys. I love to listen to Roy Orbison and Bob Dylan as I swim up and down.

www.amazon.co.uk/Now-Thats-What-Call-Running/dp/B0070BGC2C/ref=sr_1_2?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1447096663&sr=1-2&keywords=music+for+exercise I would recommend something like this, as the beats per minute should fit your pace, which makes exercise so much easier. A CD can be downloaded onto your computer then synched onto whatever device you choose. Alternatively downloads are probably available to purchase.

Thankyou - susied - well I never knew you could get a waterproof MP3 player - that makes the idea of swimming much more attractive grin
That looks like a great cd shysal - and, yes, you're right it does make it easier with music - I often find that I can do more if I'm being motivated by the music, thankyou for the link smile
