I use this. It is of course an American site - hence seniors rather than oldies!

It has exercise programmes you can watch on your computer. I put my laptop on the table, sit in the dining chair and do the seated exercises for about half an hour each day + the balance exercises. They are all tailored to those with less mobility. I find them very good. That and a half hour limp each day + walking up and down the living/dining room whilst watching TV constitutes my exercise regime.

A bit unorthodox, but I have no choice but to improvise a bit!

I used to enjoy watching exercise videos - Jane Fonda, Rosemary Conley but I see that I need to move into the 21st century . Thank goodness I still have the sofa.

I have done this before - the group I belonged to arranged an evening at a local spa and we thought we were going to do aerobics.
Bearing in mind this was about 15 years ago and we were nearly all about 45-55 then, we were surprised when it turned out to be 'chair aerobics'.
But it is quite energetic in fact!

I find it plenty energetic enough!
