I was wondering if you can recommend a regular email newsletter with useful ideas and stories from other ladies on how to look after your body when you're over 60? Something cheery and simple that arrives maybe once per week, with practical info and inspiration? Simple but powerful stretches, the process someone used to work around a specific pain etc? I am in my mid-thirties myself but would like to support my mother-in-law (who is 70+ and struggles with weight, exercise, neck pains etc) Would anyone else also like to receive that sort of thing? If nothing good exists, I might be able to get something organised (for free ideally!) with my friend who is an expert at physical wellness for over 60s
