I joined SW last April and had lost 2st by October. I found it so easy to do and rarely felt deprived, in fact it didn't feel like dieting at all, and believe me I've been on every diet there ever was, or at least it felt like it! I actually thought I was eating healthily which I obviously wasn't, as I weighed in at 11 stone which for my height 5ft 4ins is too much. The only problem I have at the moment is I am at target and still losing weight. I stick to the maintenance plan through the week and have a few treats a the weekend. Has anyone else found this? By the way Hudo58 I am 67!
