Virtual Pilates!

My Pilates instructor decided to cancel our Pilates classes because of the Coronavirus outbreak. She has started up a virtual class instead and we had our first on Thursday morning. We all downloaded the Zoom app, gave her our email address, she sent us the link with log on details and we were off! It was great so see everyone as we are all practising social distancing to keep the virus at bay. And she’s doing it all at no cost to anyone until this crisis is over.
