My usual gym classes have gone on line, but I'm overwhelmed by all the Zumba classes on You Tube etc. Has anyone found one on-line, which is good fun, about 30 - 40 mins long, for a reasonably fit granny in her late 60s? I've only been doing Zumba since January, so quite new to it, but really enjoying it so far, and a shame to undo all the good work. Failing that, I'd settle a good Zumba CD which I can buy on line.
