I think you can regain shape through regular 30 minutes workout. You should include simple stretching exercises.

I have never used this type of machine, or any kind. I find regular walking, or it could be swimming, cycling, tennis playing, whatever you prefer and a Youtube exercise routine, which you can change regularly, as you prefer, are easier and much less expensive.

Yes, I had one a few years ago. I used it for a while but very soon got bored with it as one does with exercise equipment. I had a DVD to use with it and it was good for mainly lower body toning. I decided that I could just as easily work the same muscles and more with home circuit training or any exercise video, of which I have many!
