Eat your meals off a smaller plate and walk every day. Simple but affective.

Even losing 1lb has a positive impact on BP. Lots of info on NHS website

Try using a Fitbit, challenge yourself to do a little bit more each day. Set goals and see achievements on the app.

I followed the DASH eating plan, recommended by the BP clinic. My physiotherapy means I get plenty of exercise, but most sources advise walking at a brisk pace as good for cardiovascular health.

Unfortunately I can’t walk very well or very far due to poor health and impairments, though no doubt someone will jump in and tell me walking is easy!
