Hi

It feels as if I’ve tried everything. I know my weight problem is largely psychological (definitely an emotional eater/boredom eater)

Ive come across Slimpod a few times, now wondering if I should give it a try. I understand it’s about listening to a recording (hypnosis) and not about counting calories or giving up certain foods etc..

Does anyone have any experience with this or any advice for an emotional eater?

I looked at this too and then did a you tube search for something similar and found David Mcgraw who does a 30 minute hypnosis. I have listened over 4 nights, one pound weight loss but sleeping a lot better!

Slimpod might be worth trying! It focuses on changing your mindset around food through guided recordings, which can be helpful for emotional eating. Many find it effective, but results vary.

I’m going to try the 30 minute hypnosis.
