Not naming any specific one, I joined a weight loss organisation. The discipline of a weekly weigh in and the support from the facilitator and the rest of the group kept me on track. Yes there is a healthy eating meal plan to follow, but it is certainly not that restrictive, and as a bonus, I've made lots of friends there and look forward to the weekly chat time. I've been at the weight I want to be since just before Christmas, but still go to meet my friends. The weigh in is an optional extra.
