Does anyone follow a YouTube indoor walking programme to help with weight loss and general wellbeing please? I have seen some apps advertised but they require you to subscribe. I would be grateful for any advice and feedback. I am 65 years of age.

When you see subscribe on a video it doesnt mean you pay.
This video will explain.

I do Lesley sansome walking, I like her, she does rattle on but very upbeat…boosts up my steps , especially when it’s pouring down I don’t go for a long walk so much….she walks a mile, 2 miles, 3 or more….see what time I have.

Another vote for Lesley Sansome here; I enjoy the variety of distances and exercises on offer. No subscription necessary but you can subscribe for a monthly plan if you want.

petra I know that. What I meant is there are walking apps out there which require you to sign up and pay before you can commence the programme (nothing to do with YouTube)

There’s also Get fit with Rick but personally I prefer Lesley Sansone.

Walking videos and fitness content on YouTube have become much more engaging recently, especially with creators using AI tools to improve scripting and video flow. I found this guide on how to write youtube script with ai really helpful because it explains how creators can structure engaging scripts, improve audience retention, and speed up content production without losing creativity. Useful resource for anyone creating YouTube fitness or walking-related content.
