OU free courses

I didn’t realise they did free courses. I have done longer paid for courses with them many years ago.
I’ve now made myself an account and looking at what’s available.

I’ve done several OU short courses and usually have one on the go. Currently, it’s Herodotus and the Invention of History, topical in this age of fake news.

I’m studied longer term with the OU so am familiar with the way it organises course materials.

I don’t have a plan. I just pick a random subject that takes my interest and use the course material as a starting point for further reading.

Future Learn is another good source of free courses.
