I am in the very fortunate position of having a wonderful DH who wonderfully cooks. However, I am reluctantly coming to the conclusion that I have an intolerance of garlic. And he is an ardent follower of Mary Berry. Ms Berry uses garlic in ALL her savouries.
Why is garlic so popular, is it just a fad? And does it really make so much difference if it's left out?
