Raspberry jam for me but not the seedless variety. Otherwise Lime curd is my favourite spread I often make my own.

Bramble jelly on warm toast. The best comfort food in the world.

Apricot or peach, but only rarely - don't care for jam.

Had some home made peach jam in France recently and it was wonderful!

Apricot or blackcurrant or a certain cherry.

My best wines were the 'generic' reds that were made of a mixture of leftover berries and beetroot.

Apricot or Plum. Totally love Greengage but it is such a bother removing all the stones and I no longer have a ready supply of fruit.

I've made lots of different jams already this year, but the absolute, run away favourite, is a strained mixed fruit one that simply used up all the bits of leftover fruit I had - including the mashed up redcurrants that were left from the redcurrant jelly. Three jars used up in ONE week!
