Roast it with ginger, garlic, maple syrup and olive oil. Use any left over to make butternut squash soup (using sweated onions and veg/chicken stock) topped with a swirl of sour cream/creme fraiche and crispy bacon. I'm on my way!
English asparagus…..it was worth the £££££ price tag.
