8 ozs plain flour
4 ozs cornflour
8 ozs butter
2 ozs castor sugar
2 ozs cornflour
2 ozs icing sugar
12 green cardamoms (take seeds out and then grind)
Beat all together till smooth then chill in fridge for 15 minutes.
make whatever shapes you wish.
Bake at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes.
