Delia says "they can be stored in a tin but they do tend to lose their crunchiness". And goes on to say, freeze, and get out a few at a time. She doesn't say they will go off.

I've always kept them in the fridge once they have cooled,but as mollie says they do tend to disappear very fast in our house.

I have no idea, they never last the day in our house

Because of the sausagemeat they should be kept in the fridge below 5C

I keep them in the fridge because I like to eat sausage rolls really cold.

My MiL used to keep them in a tin in the pantry and I remember (before I was wed to Best Beloved and on my best behaviour) bravely consuming one with green mould forming on the ends. Didn't do me any harm and it tasted fine!

Fridge. But only because it's sausagemeat. I still keep ketchup and jam in the cupboard, even though they tell you not to...
