Does anyone have a foolproof recipe for a microwave cake in a mug? I don't want to experiment as I might have to eat the samples and my DGS loves cooking. I thought he might like to try doing this but the recipes seem to have mixed responses ie too dry, too eggy, too tough. If he doesn't like the first one he may not persevere and he is always hungry.
