Hi I am fairly new on GN and it has helped me..

As we all know trying to find something DIFFERENT to cook can sometimes be a challenge so I was hoping that if anyone cooks something out of the norm they could share it.

I personally would be very interested to learn about new foods

Thank you

I know it is, kitty, but I have been to WW today and found I was going upwards instead of downwards sad. And I had already taken the virtuous skinless chicken out of the freezer, so will have to use it.

I could make a nice creamy korma instead hmm

We did have it for dinner last night and it was delicious, thank you Kitty. DH kept saying 'this is tasty' as he took a 2nd then 3rd helping!

That does sound nice, kitty. I always have lots of chicken thighs in the freezer, too.

Glad you enjoyed it Rose. I like it because you can throw it together, stick it in the oven and do something useful while it's cooking winewine

I had a lovely bath after an afternoon's gardening while it cooked.

couscous with mixed roasted veg, topped with chicken in a satay sauce with cucumber and spring onions.

That was meant to be on tonight's dinner thread, not on here!
