Is
4limes juiced and warmed with sugar and poured onto
1 melon
1 papaya
1 mango
Served with coconut yogurt

Tonight I am having the family around and they are having their favourite which is apple sponge steamed pudding and thick creamycustard.
The pudding is basically a sponge using the creaming !ethod with half lemon zest and chopped cooking app!e. In the bottom of the basin is3, tblspns mincemeat with other half of lemonzest and brandy. It is gently steaming as we speak!!!

We're having the family round for a Sunday roast this weekend and I am so bored of doing the usual apple/berry crumble... Any other inspiring (but relatively easy) ideas for pudding? Luckily no particularly fussy eaters except for one rhubarb-hater (me). grin
