Mmm, thank you. Presumably the veggie spaghetti doesn't take very long to cook - or do you steam it?

I love courgetti and carotti with a nice piece of baked salmon on top - much nicer than pasta smile

mollie why don't you go on YouTube and watch a couple demonstrations. They will show lots of different ways of using a spiraliser.
I've got one which I use more in the summer for salads but I do love courgetti with meatballs.

I'm having stir fried courghetti and carrotti tonight incorporating some cooked chicken.
( that's if I can persuade myself to go and do it. If not it will go nicely with the steamed Alaskan wild salmon fillet I'm going to cook tomorrow in my new steam microwave)

Slag bol...grin

Your Slime cocktail would go well with that, Anya!

I used mine at least twice a week. They're not expensive and great if you're cutting out carbs like pasta. The grandchildren love slag bol where the spag is sweet potatoe.

I've seen them, but never seen the point. Unless, perhaps, they help persuade a 5-year-old to eat their vegetables?

I have got one but never use it.

Five minute fad in our house. I prefer to dice veg thinly and then stir fry it.

Opened the Lakeland catalogue today and discovered Spiralisers. Apparently they're a 'must have'...are they? Or is it another five-minute fad? Not sure if vegetable spaghetti is the only thing they're good for, nor if I fancy the stuff so has anyone got one? Are they worthwhile/versatile/best avoided?
