I already eat seeded granary bread but think more seeds in my diet can only be good, but what to eat/buy?
I just find the whole thing confusing so any tips for what seeds I should be eating/buying? I'm thinking of sprinkling on my salad, stews, maybe porridge in the mornings.
Then I read something about washing them and then drying them again before using so is it safe to just buy and use? I thought I'd just buy a mixed pack and start from there but there are so many different choices I'd be grateful if someone points me in the right direction.
