Many years ago I had a little Italian recipe book from (I think) Saintsbury's.
It had a recipe for Pesce Fiorentine (sp?) which although it made a mountain of washing up, was a good dish to prepare the day before, as then you only needed to bung it it the oven with some garlic bread, make a salad and bobs your uncle!
I have googled, but with no luck. No doubt I could "busk it", as I can remember most of the ingredients etc, but it would be good to have the original recipe!
