Top three dinners

I'm not such a pudding person, I prefer my dinner. These are my top three.

Roast chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, sprouts, gravy.

Steak and kidney pie, with mash and peas.

Fish, chips and mushy peas.

Which dinners do you like best?

And you, merlot - chilly back in those olden days...wink

Tegan, I'm sure you'll agree that it's also rude to call other posters 'a load of miserable fuckers'. And that wasn't jingl.

Don't bother Ana. Not worth it. There are too many stuffed shirts on here. Including the ones residing at Gransnet Towers. hmm

I'd like some sort of clarification from HQ as to whether it's acceptable to tell people their posts are boring because they've been 'discussed before'. If it isn't in the forum guidelines then, imo, it should be because it smacks of cliques ie 'we've been here longer than you'. Especially when some posters follow other posters around agreeing with them Ana. You tried to derail the latest poetry thread as well, jingle. Have you nothing better to do?

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 16-Mar-16 19:15:16

I seem to remember I put more bloody poems on there than you did missis! Is it all you've got to do - sit and criticise me? Situation normal.

jinglbellsfrocks Wed 16-Mar-16 19:15:46

Pathetic.

pollyparrot Wed 16-Mar-16 19:43:16

In reality, "We've been here longer than you" is meaningless and doesn't make you any better than the rest of us and doesn't give you any special privileges. Some people really need to get over themselves.

Anyway, if I had a fourth choice it would have to be steak and homemade wedges, with mushrooms and a salad. I've just eaten that and it was delicious.

I always want to ask , do you kiss your GC with those mouths. BUT I don't use "swearing " myself and I don't like to hear it or use it. However I am seriously depressed and feeling miffed with life so disregard my opinions .

pollyparrot Wed 16-Mar-16 20:23:17

I don't usually swear but I was seriously hacked off by the attitude of some on here.

Yes, you've accused me of that before, Tegan. And the accusation is as ridiculous now as it was then.

The answer to your amazingly ridiculous question annsixty is, no, I can't catch 'em anymore.

One or two posters make me feel like someone's run their fingernails down the blackboard .so I don't make any comment on the threads they are on. But. I do want occasionally to be as rude as JBF or Polly. But I have a life .

mumofmadboys Mon 21-Mar-16 20:38:55

What a depressing thread this has become!

Ana Mon 21-Mar-16 20:43:05

Why revive it then? confused
