Egg free chocolate cake recipe needed.

I have a fab chocolate cake recipe made with mayonnaise - but I suppose that is not egg free!

And it is easy

I have one my grandkids love- also due to severe egg allergy- going to look for it now. See you in a mo.

Eggless choc cake

2 dessertsp. golden syrup
1 dessertsp. treacle
(I use all golden syrup myself)
4 oz marg
1 teaspoon bicarb.
1 1/2 cup milk

melt on low heat

2.5 cup sr flour or flour + 1 level teasp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Sieve in large bowl and mix, add liquid and mix slowly.

Into 7 or 8 inch sandwich tin, mod overn for 30-35 mins till firm to touch.

Grannynot using Mayonaisse instead is useless it's made of egg.

Sadly grandson in now 10 and the specialists think he won't grow out of this terrible egg allergy now- he should have done by the age of 7.
