Thanks for the sea bream tip Greyduster

I have noticed recently that 'Morrison's fishmongers seem to have given up asking people if they want their fish filleted. I don't have a problem with it as I clean and fillet fillet the fish I catch, but they always used to ask you. I love sea bass. If you have an Aldi near you, they have lovely sea bass fillets either plain or with rocket and pesto butter pats. They are delicious and easy to cook. Cheaper than Morrisons too! Whatever you do, don't buy sea bream unless they will fillet it for you. It's an absolute nightmare.

I love Sea Bass. I cook mine in a little tent of foil, brush it with olive oil both sides, add a sprig of fresh rosemary, bung it in the oven till finished, and enjoy...yummy

I bought some Sea Bass from Morrison's and I am ashamed to say I have never cooked it before.

I went on my friend YouTube and there were plenty of tips and recipes. I decided that I would have a go at filleting it.

It looked remarkably easy but I didn't make the neat job of it the person I was watching did. However, for my first ever attempt at filleting any sort of fish it was OK.

Pan fried it for a couple of minutes and tasted delicious.
