sweet potato toast

What's clean eating? The malarkey part, I mean. I get the usual stuff about clean hands and utensils.

I might try spraying slices with oil and baking in the oven, but the result won't be much different from home-made sweet potato oven chips.
Surely when cooked in a toaster they might disintegrate when you lift them out?

By the way, I'm not remotely interested in this 'clean eating' malarkey - I just love sweet potato!

ah, topping ideas - just what I needed, thank you. I shall dutifully report back once I have destroyed the kitchen created this delectable dish. Toaster, beware!!
