By the way, in answer to Ana's comment about the large capacity - having looked at recipes, reviews, tips and so on, I can see now why it needs to be this size. There are many recipes, e.g. using ingredients that 'swell', like grains, beans and so on, where the pot must be only half filled. Also, when pressure cooking virtually anything, there needs to be enough room above the food/liquid level for steam to build up to pressure. So the 6L is really referring to the size of the thing, not the volume of food you can cook.
