Is anyone else on this diet/eating plan? If so what are your results? I've been on it for several months and have lost a great deal of weight while enjoying food so much. To me, it is not like being on a diet and I don't feel deprived of anything. There are so many recipes for making favourite meals in this new way. Tonight, for example, I am having salmon steaks in parsley sauce followed by mixed berries and double cream.
