Low carb High fat

Is anyone else on this diet/eating plan? If so what are your results?
I've been on it for several months and have lost a great deal of weight while enjoying food so much.
To me, it is not like being on a diet and I don't feel deprived of anything.
There are so many recipes for making favourite meals in this new way.
Tonight, for example, I am having salmon steaks in parsley sauce followed by mixed berries and double cream.

I have lost extra weight in the past doing this program.
Its really quite easy to add more veggies and less potatoes/rice/pasta. But it does take some discipline, which I have been lacking lately!

Yes it does take motivation but so far so good!

I tried the Atkins diet twice, which was low carb, high fat, and each time it made me really unwell. I did it for a fortnight the first time, 5 days the second.

This diet is obviously entirely suited to some people, but not everybody can do it.
