Welsh Cakes

I’m not much of a baker, but just recently discovered how easy Welsh Cakes are to make. The grandchildren love them and I enjoy having something homemade to offer visitors.

Big success. Going to cook up another batch today.

Always use butter and lard and currents , as did my mother and my grandmother
