Best recipes using date puree

My sister recommended this date puree provider to me knowing that we need a new provider of such products for our small online shop. To promote this, we want to create blogs about recipes using date puree. Can you recommend some of the best recipes that we can feature? If you can also share cooking techniques, that would be great too. Thanks!

Personally I've never liked dates.
But I've read that in the Biblical saying that the Holy Land is a Land flowing with milk and honey, the honey is the sweetness from dates. Not bees.
Dates are one of the 7 species special to the Holy Land.
