I haven’t kept it more than 2 days, Callistemon - usually gets used up the same day/ doesn’t make a huge amount. Yummy with toasted pita breads smile

Thanks, I'll give it a go Lisagran but all efforts at making my own have so far ended up as a tasteless or horrible tasting mushy mess with a worktop covered in said mess. If at first.......

You can freeze your homemade hummus. It’s very nutritious and certainly not rubbish. I make a butternut squash and chickpea soup which is delicious and tastes a bit spicy.

I make my own - similar recipe to Lisagran, it keeps for a week but we’ve usually eaten it within a couple of days. I’ve also frozen it and it’s been fine.
