I have had several slow cookers in my time as head chef. Huge ones (now permanently in a cupboard), middle ones and I have just ordered a mini one from Lakeland. My question is, how is it possible to stop the food from sticking in the pot. My present medium pot, which has a timer, seems to cook very quickly and often burns food even when on low. I wish someone would make a small pot suitable for two people, with a timer, so it stops cooking after a pre set time!
